Wow. I came back here and it looks like I put a lot of stuff about my ex here. Things have really changed for me. Today he had a pretrial conference with the DA about his criminal trial. I did not show up, although I am supposed to be the key witness. I could care less if he wins or loses.
I think that means I am mentally free now.

enough about that! Let me tell you about something that I DO care about!:
I found a really great yoga exercise video on Netflix. It is called Crunch. The workout women on it look hilarious. My 15 year old really likes them. ;p.
It is nice to work out by doing deep stretches quickly. i am really out of shape. I had better go lay down again. Typing has me pooped.

oh but another thing is that I bought some stevia extract at Trader Joes for my coffee. My coffee doesn't make me as sleepy anymore.

and i was going to say something else but I am yawning too much and I already forgot.

Oh yeah!! My next class is on data warehousing and business intelligence. Kind of the same stuff as the "diapers and beer" theory. It will be SQL-ariffic and I have to admit that I am looking forward to it.

today I made a pasta dish with diced tomatoes, a couple of ground up pepperocini peppers, garlic, onion, paprika, alderwood smoked salt, some savory and lavender and fresh squeezed lemon juice over noodles.

I need to do forensic financial stuff. it is not so great.
